Wheel Card Using Cowboy & Western Stamps

“Cowboy” is stamped with brown ink and colored with pencils on a 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ card. The Cowboy is then masked and  “Frame #9, Oval Rope” is stamped on the card as shown. Notch a half circle in the front edge of the card. Pierce a hole through the center of the card. Punch circle above the pierced hole. Using a brad, attach a 4″ champagne parchment card stock circle that has been trimmed with scallop edge scissors. Stamp “Pair Boots”, “Chaps”“Western Hat” and “Saddle, Sm.” through window, rotating the wheel each time a new image is stamped. Card by Rebecca Johnson. Credits to Designer Julie Ebersole whose directions are on page 44 of the February 2005 Paper Crafts magazine.
