“USA Flag Furling, Sm.” is stamped with Rocket Red Brillance on one piece of glossy white card stock, then another piece of glossy white card stock is stamped with Mediterranean Blue Brillance. the “stars” part of the flag is cut out and layered on the red flag. The red piece is trimmed closely and layered on glossy white and glossy red card stock. “Reach for the stars” is stamped using a Rocket Red Brilliance pad and is masked while “Fireworks” is stamped with a Pearl Ex Metallic Gold stamp pad and embossed in gold on a deckle edged white card stock.
