“Frame #7, Barbed Wire” and the letters, “HOWDY” from “Log Alphabet, Lg.” were stamped in black Memories on paper that was created on brown card stock using two different colored stamp pads directly to the card stock and spritzing it with water so it would bleed some. “Cowboy Boot” was stamped on “Almost Leather” and a couple of colors from “Rub-ons” were rubbed over the boot. Gray Cat in Scenic Window
“Cat in Scenic Window” was embossed in detail black on white card stock and colored with “Rub-Ons.” A second image of the cat was stamped on black velvet paper with white Brilliance ink, cut out and mounted on the frame. The frame was highlighted with gold “Rub-Ons.” Crystal Lacquer was applied to the Aloe Vera plant as well as the birds, fence and grass. Card by Patty Tamler.
You’re So Special!
“Leaf #1” is embossed in gold on black card stock to make a background. “You’re so Special!” is gold embossed on an ivory tag, a ribbon is attached to the tag, gold rub-on is applied to the tag and it is edged with a Krylon Gold Leafing pen. The tag and the background piece are attached to white card stock as shown. Card by Margaret Wiggin.
Zuni Bear Fetish, Lg. Molded Using Toilet Paper
A toilet paper mold is made of “Zuni Bear Fetish, Lg.” The edges are torn and the bear is rubbed with copper Rub-ons. This is layered on torn brown and Kaleidoscope confetti card stock which has been edged with a gold Krylon Leafing pen. The embellishments are baked Sculpey II clay which has been stamped with parts of the stamp, “Swirls Background.” Six layers of toilet paper were laid on the inverted stamp and each was moistened with 1/2 Elmer’s glue and 1/2 water, applied with a 1″ foam brush and air dried.
