Prospector with His Burro & Tools
“Prospector”, “Birch Grove” and “Leafy Plant” were stamped with black memories on white card stock and colored with watercolor markers. The birds and part of the water were drawn. It was then layered on black card stock that had been trimmed with decorative scissors. the final layer was on lavender card stock. Card by Danielle Côté.
Moose in Birch Forest
On white glossy card stock, “Birch Grove” is stamped with Memories chestnut. “Moose Silhouette” is stamped twice with VIP Sepia. The trees and grass are shaded with LePlume markers. This is cut out and set aside. “Happy Birthday!” is stamped with dark brown ink on tan card stock and set aside. From the background card stock forward, the card is layered in the following order: Tan parchment, patterned checkered background paper, a rectangle of white card stock with four snaps adhered to the corners, dark brown mottled paper, and cut-out of trees and moose silhouettes. Beaver and Birch Grove
“Birch Grove” and “Beaver” were stamped in black ink on white card stock and colored with pencils. The message, “It’s been just One dam Project after Another!” was created on the computer, printed, trimmed with decorative scissors and layered over scrap book paper. The white card is edged with a gold Krylon leafing pen, layered on marbled green and gold wallpaper and black glossy card stock. Card by Emogene Swanson.
