Stamps used are, “Margaret’s Frog on Lily Pad”, “Frog on Lily Pad, Sm.”, “Dinner in Sight, Sm.”, “Cattails”, “Swamp Grass”, “Tall Grass, Lg.”, “Leafy Plant”, “Rocks & Grass”, “Large Brownie Rock”, “Lily Pad Flower”, “Lily Pad #1”, “Four Brownie Cattails”, “Lily Pond”, ” Ivy”, “Lily Pad.” White card stock was stamped with black Memories ink and colored with pencils. “Margaret’s Frog on Lily Pad” was cut out and mounted with foam dots. “Furling Flag Background” was stamped by inking the stamp with Brilliance stamp pads in blue and red. The stamp was designed to be able to ink directly to the stamp with a pad and this large stamp does that well. The stamp measures 5 7/8″ x 4 1/2″. Card by Margaret Wiggin.
“USA Flag Furling, Sm.” is stamped with Rocket Red Brillance on one piece of glossy white card stock, then another piece of glossy white card stock is stamped with Mediterranean Blue Brillance. the “stars” part of the flag is cut out and layered on the red flag. The red piece is trimmed closely and layered on glossy white and glossy red card stock. “Reach for the stars” is stamped using a Rocket Red Brilliance pad and is masked while “Fireworks” is stamped with a Pearl Ex Metallic Gold stamp pad and embossed in gold on a deckle edged white card stock. This piece is layered on a red glossy card. The flag piece is mounted on the card as shown. Card by Margaret Wiggin.
“Eagle’s Head” was stamped in black Memories. It was colored with markers and pencils, cut out and Crystal Lacquer added to the eye. “Eagle, Sm.” was stamped in black and cut out. The flag was made with Marvy markers by drawing wavy red lines on white card stock and “Celebrate!” was stamped in black over it. Hand carved stars were embossed in white on blue card stock which was layered over the stripes. The two eagles were mounted with foam dots. The flag was mounted on “sky and clouds” paper and layered over black and white card stock. Card by Margaret Wiggin.
“Musical Notes Background #1”, “Manfred Mantis on Bass, Lg.” and “Follow your dreams!” are stamped on bristol plate card stock with Memories ink. Manfred is colored with pencils and gel pens. The words and Manfred Mantis are raised with foam dots. The wings are glittered with Stickles Platinum glitter glue over colored pencil. Card by Margaret Wiggin.
“Salmon Fly Collection with Rods Border” is stamped with a black memories pad on white card stock, colored with pencils and layered on black card stock. Card by Margaret Wiggin.
“Rose Fan, Lg.” was embossed with purple and colored with markers in shades of coral, purple and autumn orange. A ribbon was tied for the handle. “Happy Birthday” was stamped on white card stock using a lavender Encore pad. A gold metallic pen was used to highlight the roses and the edge of the fan. The fan was cut out and mounted with foam dots to the white card stock on which “Happy Birthday” had been stamped. The card was then layered on gold and wine colored background card stock and white card stock. Card by Margaret Wiggin.
“Rose Fan, Lg.” is silver embossed on black card stock and cut out. Triangular corners are cut out of black card stock and silver embossed as shown with “Carved Rose.” The black triangles are glued to the silver card stock so that a center strip of the silver card stock shows. The cut out fan is adhered to all three pieces. The outside edges of the card are edged with a silver Krylon Leafing pen. Card by Margaret Wiggin.
“Bold Block – Love Hand” is stamped on polymer clay, baked and painted (the two outside blocks). The center block is stamped on card stock, colored with markers and has a rhinestone glued to it. The word stamps, “Love” and “Peace” (a discontinued stamp; e-mail for availability) are stamped with a Rocket Red Brilliance pad, embossed with red embossing powder and cut with deckle edged scissors, then edged with a gold Krylon Leafing pen.
