“Rose Fan, Lg.” was stamped on acetate with permanent ink and glittered from the back side with Art Institute glue and glitter. “Happy Mother’s Day” was stamped and embossed with black embossing powder on gold card stock. The acetate piece was layered directly on top of the 5 1/2″ x 4 1/4″ gold piece. Black glossy, red confetti, and white card stock were cut incrementally, each to be 1/4″ larger than the previous color. “Bouquet, Lg.” was stamped with a black Memories pad vertically and horizontally, colored with markers and cut out. Two additional daisies were stamped, colored and cut out. These cut-outs were assembled on a white card that has 1″ cut from the front. The cut edge is edged with a gold Krylon Leafing pen, and the flowers are glued on the card so that two of them overlap the cut edge. A polka dot piece of scrapbook paper is glued to the lower part of the inside of the card. “Happy Mother’s Day” was stamped and embossed with gold embossing powder on the white card stock. “Bold Block Fisherperson”, “Bold Block Love Hand”, “Bold Block Celestial Bunny”, “Bold Block Cabin” and “Bold Block Sailboat” are stamped in brown ink on white glossy card stock, cut out and mounted with foam tape on corrugated beige card stock which is layered on dark brown card stock and tan confetti card stock. “Follow Your Dreams!” is embossed in white on dark brown card card stock. Corners on this piece are rounded, and this is layered at the bottom of the card. Card by Margaret Wiggin.
This card was made for a Granddaughter. “Bold Block Celestial Bunny” was stamped with a Mediterranean Blue Brilliance stamp pad, cut out and mounted on tan card stock with foam tape. “Star Spray” was stamped twice and embossed in gold. “CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR GRADUATION!” was computer generated. All pieces were edged with a gold Krylon Leafing Pen before being layered on a white card. A gold sheer bow was added to the card on the left. Card by Margaret Wiggin.
“Bouquet, Sm.” was stamped with a black Memories stamp pad, colored with water color pencils, cut out and mounted on green card stock layered on yellow and green again; then glued to scrapbook paper which was glued to card stock. The words, “Happy Birthday” were printed on white paper, torn and the edge touched with pink rub-ons; then, glued to the card overlapping the green frame. Card by Lois Hand.
“Butterfly #1, Lg.” is embossed in gold on medium blue card stock and cut out. The same is done with “Butterfly #1, Sm.”, but two of those are made. “Happy Birthday – Old English” is embossed in gold on a rectangle of medium blue card stock and edged with a gold Krylon Leafing pen. A frame is cut out of Metallic card stock and a background made using blue and gold Brilliance pads on glossy black paper is set behind the frame. The larger butterfly is mounted on the background and the frame. The smaller butterflies are layered two deep on the lower left of the card and the greeting is mounted on the right. “Happy Birthday” is embossed in silver on a piece of turquoise card stock which has been edged with a silver Krylon Leafing pen. This is layered over a square of silver card stock. One half of the silver card stock is glued to the flap of the card which has been silver embossed with “Balloon Bouquet” and edged with silver. “Happy Birthday” is embossed in silver on the inside of the card. The card itself is from a piece of card stock 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ which is 1/2 of a standard piece of card stock (8 1/2″ x 11″). Card by Margaret Wiggin.
“Flower Words Background” was embossed in white on cocoa brown card stock, trimmed with deckle scissors and layered on yellow card stock. “Rose with Stem” was stamped on white card stock, colored with pencils, cut out and glued to the word background. “Happy Birthday” was embossed in gold on yellow card stock, cut out and glued to the word background. “Log Alphabet, Lg.” is stamped in the orange and red of a rainbow stamp pad on ivory card stock in a random pattern to form the background. “Frame #7, Barbed Wire” is stamped in dark brown ink on light brown card stock and glued to the background. “Eagle’s Head” is stamped using a black Memories ink pad, colored with pencils, cut out and mounted on the card. The eye is enhanced with “Diamond Glaze”. “Happy Birthday” was stamped with “Log Alphabet #3” and reduced on a copier to fit. Card by Davetta Alexander.
